Explosion-proof equipment plant
Explosion-proof monitor is used in areas, where visual computer information is necessary in potentially hazardous areas.
The display is located near the technological facility and is intended for operation under unfavorable industrial conditions, where resistance of the equipment to wide temperature range, moisture, dust, impact and vibration is required.
Such features like durability, mechanical strength, serviceability are combined in the product. The display structure ensures quick access to functional units.
KTG-MONITOR2 explosion-proof monitor is equipped with LCD 12,1" monitor, which is connected by means of VGA port (mini D-Sub 15-pin), upon request, through DVI port or DVI+HDMI, or S-Video + AV (composite input), or DVI + AV Looping (composite input/output), or S-Video + AV (composite input) + ТВ (TV tuner). Color LCD 12,1 " monitor may be equipped with motion and lighting sensor, upon request.
Installation of explosion-proof infrared sensor panel on the screen enables to quickly enter the information, control industrial processes, enhance efficiency, allowing optimization of operator dialogue and controlled system.
Upon customer‘s request, Digital Signage player can be installed in explosion-proof monitors KTG-MONITOR2, which helps to distribute corporate information, coordinate actions of service staff quickly. In case an emergency arises, the system may inform the service staff on the required actions, e.g. evacuation plan.
The main advantage of Digital Signage systems - locality and dynamics of information, a person get the necessary information at the right time in the right space. Digital Signage player is controlled and it receives communication messages through Ethernet local network, RJ-45 socket.
Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), areas with presence of combustible dust, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor of the RF and national technical supervision bodies of the Customs Union and CIS countries.
Full production cycle from foundry patterns to finished products is carried out by explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. in the territory of the Russian Federation.
X sign placed after Ex marking indicates that it is prohibited to use the device in hazardous mixtures of acetylene with air.
