Explosion-proof equipment plant
Explosion-proof LED traffic light PGS-SVETOFOR is a modular structure that can contain one, two or three modules (upon customer‘s request, manufacturing of traffic lights of different configuration on the frame is possible). Material: modified aluminum alloy enclosure, window made from heat- and impact-resistant glass. Protective canopy made from stainless steel. Optical element of the traffic light with 140 mm diameter, light diffuser forms even and bright emission of the signal and good side viewing. Light source - LEDs. The diffuser is installed in order to increase the quality of readability of signals. Holes: threaded hole M25x1,5 GOST 24705-2004. Connection through terminals, cross-section 1.5 mm2.
Full production cycle from foundry patterns to finished products is carried out by explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The traffic light may be manufactured on the frame /RAMA as per customer‘s diagram for railway transport or mining version РН2.
Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), regulating application of electrical equipment in hazardous areas, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor and national technical supervision bodies of the CIS countries.
