Non-explosion-proof industrial dust-proof and moisture-proof heating plates GTG-PLASTINA6-Х/PROM (RETO-FIR-PLATE)PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Non-explosion-proof industrial dust-proof and moisture-proof heating plates GTG-PLASTINA6-Х/PROM are used for heating and maintaining of temperature of all types of enclosures, cabinets and boxes, such as distribution boards, cabling cabinets, lighting cabinets, computers, etc.

Non-explosion-proof industrial dust-proof and moisture-proof heating plates GTG-PLASTINA6-Х/PROM are intended for maintaining of medium temperatures of pipes, reservoirs, bins, etc. Minimum bending radius of plate is not less than 30 mm.

Non-explosion-proof industrial dust-proof and moisture-proof heating plates GTG-PLASTINA6-Х/PROM consist of two plates that consist of two layers of fiberglass (upper and lower) on the silicone base. This material is characterized by high heat output since the thickness of plates is rather small (standard thickness of sheet is 1.5 mm). Heating plates enable to reach homogeneous heat distribution and accurate temperature control. Thanks to their high level of flexibility, heating plates are suitable for heating of cylindrical and uneven surfaces.

It is recommended to apply CRV-RTV sealant or CRV-TERMO heat-conducting paste for better transmission of thermal energy.

Plates maybe fastened to the equipment by means of double-sided adhesive tape and silicone adhesive (silicone glue - room-temperature-vulcanizing technology).
