Explosion-proof electronic control modules for light signaling devices are designed for control of power supply of obstruction lights, barrage lights and other light signaling devices. Upon customer‘s request, the modules may be manufactured with any electrotecnhical features.

The standard control module supplied with removable photosensor and storage battery buffering enables to switch on-off light signaling devices automatically depending on the time of day. Switch on-off threshold of light sources may be adjusted, changing photocell sensitivity by regulating device, which is located inside the control module. The control module may operate in automatic and manual mode - enables to switch on-off light signaling devices manually. In case of fall or de-energization of the feeder, the control module automatically switches to storage battery supply (with 9-40 A/h capacity).

Full production cycle from foundry patterns to finished products is carried out by explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), regulating application of electrical equipment in hazardous areas, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor and national technical supervision bodies of the CIS countries.

X sign placed after Ex marking indicates that it is prohibited to use the device in hazardous mixtures of acetylene with air.

The module enables to energize five light fixtures, equipped with LED lamps, 12 V and 5 W each, and keep them on during 4 hours (in case of de-energizing). In case of connection of one double-type obstruction light equipped with the same lamps, the lamps emit light up to 10 hours.
