Explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGU06

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGU06 are intended for lighting of industrial premises, open production sites and other areas, where explosive atmospheres may be present.

The construction of explosion-proof light fixtures SGU06 consist of one, two or three modules with 15 W (1860 lm), 28 W (3300 lm, 3720 lm), 55 W (6600 lm) or 110 W (13200 lm) power capacity, which are assembled into explosion-proof LED light fixtures with higher power capacity (miltiplies of power of the used modules).

ADVANTAGES
- Anodized aluminum alloy enclosure is made with high frequency of finning which enables to efficiently dissipate heat from light-emitting diodes.
- Modular structure with fixed light intensity curves.
- Due to modular system, it is not necessary to dismantle the whole light fixture in case of replacement of one unit, which guarantees full-scale lighting of facilities and territories.
- Assemblies that include not more than 3 units passed earthquake resistance tests for 9 points as per MSK64 scale.
- 4 types of mounting - ceiling, suspension, universal swivel and pipe mounting.
- Compact and light constructions - size range SGU06 starts from light fixtures weighing 2.8 kg, 247 mm in length, 222 mm in height, 82 mm in width.

Area of application - outdoor and indoor hazardous areas, as per explosion protection marking - category II for gas subgroup IIA, IIB, IIC, zones 1, 2, zones non-hazardous with gas and dust.
