Explosion-proof board for process indication PKI-TABLO is a device for indication in hazardous areas of facilities of chemical, oil processing and other fields of industry with potentially explosive atmosphere. Size of the screen is 300х200 mm.
The board displays state of 24 events or processes by independent actuation of large colored rectangular LED indicators with text or a pictogram made as per customer‘s specification.
LED boards are characterized by high MTBF values (operational часов), 
low energy consumption, high luminous efficacy.
Signals for control of board‘s light indicator ~220 V, upon request 
24 V, 12 V or communication protocol Profibus-DP Slave.
Board can be completed, apart from standard rectangular indicators, with digital (7-segment) displays up to 6 digits, vertical or horizontal linear scale indicators up to 30 segments, graphical monochrome liquid crystal displays, as well as modular colored graphical TFT LCD 6,5 screen with 640x480 pix. resolution.
Digital (7-segment) displays work with analogous signal 0…20mA DC, 4…20mA DC, 0…10 V 
DC, upon request -19… +20 mA DC, -10..+10 V DC or 0…60/150 mV DC or 0…3/6А AC, 0…2/100/250/300 V АС, with variable resistor 100KOhm, with impulses of frequency measurement in Hz or rounds per minute, with temperature sensors PT100, PT1000, with serial interfaces RS232C/V2.4, RS422, RS485, with connection interface BCD, with CANopen interface, and with communication protocol Profibus-DP Slave.
Linear bar indicators (10/20 segments) work with analogous signal 0...20/200 mA DC, 0...2/10/40/200 V DC, upon request 0...0.1/1mA DC, 0…60/125/150/300 mV DC or 0…3/6А AC, 0…2/100/250/500 V АС, with temperature sensors PT100, PT1000, and with communication protocol Profibus-DP Slave.
Graphical monochrome liquid-crystal displays are connected via communication protocol Foundation fieldbusTM.
Color monitor LCD 6.5‘‘ is connected via port VGA (mini D-Sub 15-pin) and upon request via port DVI, or DVI+HDMI, or S-Video + AV (composite input), or S-Video + AV (composite input) + DVI, or AV + AV Looping (composite input/output), or DVI + AV Looping (composite input/output), or S-Video + AV (composite input) + TB (TV tuner). Color monitor LCD 6.5‘‘ is equipped with motion sensor and twilight switch upon request.
Explosion-proof board for process indication PKI-TABLO can be built using communication protocol PROFINET IO upon customer‘s request.
Full production cycle starting from casting molds and to ready product is performed at the explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Scope of application - hazardous indoor and outdoor areas in accordance with explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996) and areas hazardous with combustible dust ignition, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard classes under supervision of Rostekhnadzor and national supervisory bodies of the CU and the CIS countries.
Sign "Х", placed after Ex-marking of the device indicates that it is prohibited to use the device in explosive mixtures of acetylene with air.
