Explosion-proof flat LED light fixture series SGU02 (CCFE-01-LEDU)PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Explosion-proof flat LED light fixture SGU02 is the 4th generation light fixture with ultra-bright light-emitting diodes of new generation with high efficiency and luminous flux ~155 lm per 1 W. The light fixture is intended for normal and emergency lighting and installed in hazardous areas, which are too tight for installation of standard light fixtures (e.g. container installations).

Practical tests confirmed that explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGU02 significantly outperform light fixtures with MVL 125 lamps and may replace light fixtures on the base of mercury gas discharge lamps. 

Moreover, light fixtures SGU02 outperform mercury-vapor lamps by several times in terms of service life and do not have such disadvantages as poor color rendering, delayed start and restart, which in some cases may take up to 10 minutes. Explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGU02 switch on in less than 1 second, LED radiation spectrum is characterized by absence of ultraviolet and infrared component. Multiple-lens structure of the light fixture enables to create more comfortable even illumination without blinding eyes.

Full production cycle from foundry patterns to finished products is carried out by explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), areas with presence of combustible dust, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor of the RF and national technical supervision bodies of the Customs Union and CIS countries.

Explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGU02 are manufactured on the base of sun-white ultra-bright light-emitting diodes of the last generation "Cree LED" (USA).
